ABOUT
Plaisir Parfait.
The new Plaisir Parfait range responds to this problem by offering a vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free and vegetable range, with a vision to be inclusive and reduce the harmful aspects of traditional products.
"The evolutions of society and dietary changes are challenges for pastry chefs and I am proud, every day, to revolutionize pastry. It is for these reasons that I try to solve its only defect: its harmful aspect for health.” Pierre Hermé
Characteristics Of
Pierre Hermes:
Through understanding Pierre Hermes’ approach to its brand, we wanted to translate his personality & characteristic in the brand.
01
Ideas & Sketches
Just like the image, Pierre Hermé designs his desserts starting from a blank sheet. His knowledge of taste allows him to imagine the flavours and sensations he wishes to give to his creation.
With Plaisir Parfait, Maison Pierre Hermé Paris wishes to show more of its original creations since the research phase. This brings Authencity to the brand.
02
Innovations
Constantly pushing creativity and innovation, the House aims to unite the tastes and emotions of its customers.
It is committed to the endless discovery of new ingredients and flavors, always offering the finest in pastry without compromise.
03
Transparency
These pastries no longer hold any secrets from customers. With a desire to best communicate its flavours and its sensations, ingredients will be listed out to provide transparency of freshness of ingredient used.
